🚨 General Rules

🔹 Respect & Conduct

• Discrimination of any kind (racism, sexism, religious disrespect, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

• Impersonating Team Cyprus or spreading false information about the server will result in serious penalties.

• Insulting Team Cyprus members may lead to a ban.

🔹 Chat & Community Etiquette

• Stick to the correct channels for discussions.

• No spam, off-topic chatter, international languages (outside designated channels), or NSFW content. Violations may result in a mute or ban.

• Advertising other servers is forbidden.

• Do not post unnecessary links.

🔹 Fair Play & Game Integrity

• Exploiting bugs or glitches is strictly forbidden. If you find an exploit, report it immediately.

• The security of your account is your responsibility. Cyprus Online will not recover lost items or accounts due to shared login details.

• We will NEVER ask for your password. Always use a unique username & password that you haven’t used on other servers.

💰 Trading & Marketplace Rules

🔹 Scam Prevention

• Verify items before trading and always take screenshots as proof.

• Do NOT use other players as middlemen—if a scam occurs, we will not recover lost items.

• Be cautious of players impersonating others.

• Buying/selling any in-game item or gold/silk for real money is not allowed.

• Hosting any kind of events (item giveaways etc.) is not allowed without GM approval.

💳 Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of the situation.

• If you believe you are eligible for a refund, open a ticket on Discord.

• Refund requests require the exact amount of purchased Silk to be present on the account.

• Minimum 48-hour waiting period after the transaction is required.

🔒 Player Security & Account Protection

• Cyprus Online takes player security seriously. Your registered data is protected and will never be shared.

• However, we strongly advise against using the same login details as other servers to avoid potential scams.

🔹 Your Account, Your Responsibility

• Cyprus Online will not be held responsible if another player scams, insults, or attempts to steal from you in-game.

• To protect yourself, we recommend:

✅ Enabling the Character Lock/PIN feature

🔹 Game Security Enforcement

• If suspicious activity is detected—such as unauthorized software usage (e.g., virtual machines, modified DLL files)—we reserve the right to temporarily block your account for investigation.

• To regain access, you may be required to provide photographic proof of your devices.

🔹 Agreement Upon Registration

By registering on Cyprus Online, you agree to the following:

• You may receive promotional emails from Cyprus Online.

• You assume full responsibility for securing your account.

• Cyprus Online will not intervene in chat-related conflicts or recover stolen in-game items.

• Cyprus Online reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that negatively impact the server’s reputation in-game or on third-party platforms.
